HOME INSPECTION PACKAGES: MORE CHOICE FOR YOUR CLIENTS

Pillar To Post offers your clients a choice of Home Inspection Packages so they can select the amount of information they prefer. We can conduct our inspections without you or your clients present if you’re unable to attend due to current restrictions.

All of our home inspections include our comprehensive, industry-leading report. We realize time is of the essence at this stage of the transaction, so we deliver it in digital format for convenience and easy future reference.

The Plus Package is our standard foundation-to-roof, wall-to-wall home inspection with a complete report, photos, and a concise Report Summary. It also includes useful tools for homeowners such as seasonal maintenance checklists, a home records filing system, shutoff tags and more.

Our most popular option is the Premium Package, which has all of the features and benefits of our Plus package along with additional services. These include:

  • Infrared scanning to detect signs of moisture and electrical overheating
  • Appliance recall safety check
  • Lifetime maintenance advisory service

This package provides buyers with an enhanced level of information about the home they’re considering.

The Prestige Package provides everything in our Plus and Premium options and also includes the Healthy Home Package. This service provides air sample testing for common allergens with certified third-party analysis, along with detailed findings and recommended solutions to help make the home a healthier place to live.

  2. We will reschedule the inspection if the inspector is showing signs of illness.
  3. We will clean our hands thoroughly prior to and during the inspection.
  4. We will keep a safe distance, not shaking hands or elbow bumping.
  5. Whenever possible, we will wipe down doorknobs, faucet handles and work surfaces.
  6. We will take all other prudent steps to protect our home inspectors, Realtors, our clients and homeowners from the spread of COVID-19.
